When AlterMe detects new workouts in Apple Health, you’ll see them appear in a “Review Workouts” screen inside the app. From there, you can choose which sessions to sync into AlterMe.
To add a workout:
Open the AlterMe app.
If new HealthKit workouts are available, the Review Workouts panel will appear on the Today Tab and Sessions Tab.
Tap the “+” icon next to any workout you want to import.
Tap Done to finish syncing.
Any workout you add will count toward your streaks, Smart Zone activity, and your daily activity score.
Tip:
If you don’t see your workout yet, HealthKit may still be processing it. Reopen AlterMe after a few minutes and it should appear for review.
