AlterMe can track any workout, not just the ones in the app. There are two ways to log a session:
Option 1 —
Quick start Tap the + button on the right side of the screen. Select Record a Session, choose your session type from the dropdown, and press Start.
Option 2 —
Sessions tab Go to the Sessions tab, scroll down to Record a Session, select your modality, and press Start.
Logging a past session
From the Quick Start menu, tap Add a Past Session to record a workout retroactively.
Why it matters
Every session you log — inside or outside the app — helps AlterMe build a more accurate picture of your activity. That data feeds directly into your readiness score and daily recommendations, making your plan more precise over time.
