Most sync issues come from missing permissions or paused background updates. Try the following:
Check permissions:
For HealthKit: Go to iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Apps → AlterMe and make sure all categories you want shared are enabled.
For AlterMe: Go to My Profile → Apple Health and ensure permissions are toggled on.
Open the AlterMe app:
Opening the app forces a fresh sync with HealthKit.
Confirm your device is signed into iCloud:
HealthKit relies on iCloud to keep data consistent across devices.
Restart your phone:
This resets HealthKit services that occasionally stall in the background.
