My ring was paired, but now it’s not—what should I do?

Help for when your ring stops connecting to the app.

If your ring was paired but is no longer connecting to the app, try these steps:

  • Charge your ring: Place it on the charger for at least 30 minutes. In the case, the ring’s inner light blinks green while charging and stays solid green when fully charged.

  • Keep it close: Hold the ring within 1–2 ft of your phone.

  • Check Bluetooth: Make sure Bluetooth is ON (toggle OFF/ON once).

  • Restart the app: Force close the AlterMe app, then reopen it to refresh the connection.
