If your ring was paired but is no longer connecting to the app, try these steps:
Charge your ring: Place it on the charger for at least 30 minutes. In the case, the ring’s inner light blinks green while charging and stays solid green when fully charged.
Keep it close: Hold the ring within 1–2 ft of your phone.
Check Bluetooth: Make sure Bluetooth is ON (toggle OFF/ON once).
Restart the app: Force close the AlterMe app, then reopen it to refresh the connection.
