If your ring isn’t charging, follow the steps below based on your ring model.
AlterMe Classic Ring Charging
What to expect while charging:
A green light should appear on the inside of the ring
A blue light should appear on the outside of the charging case
If no lights appear:
Check power & cable
Ensure the charger is plugged into a working outlet or USB-C power source. Try a different cable or outlet if needed.
Clean the contact contacts
Gently wipe both the ring’s charging contacts and the charger surface with a dry microfiber cloth to remove any debris or moisture.
Confirm proper ring placement
Align the three notches on the ring with the three grooves on the charging pedestal inside the case.
If the lights do appear but charging is inconsistent:
Re-seat the ring
Adjust the ring so it sits flush and aligned with the charging notches.
Clean contacts again
Use a dry microfiber cloth on both the ring and the inside of the case.Allow charging time
Leave the ring on the charger for at least 30 minutes.

What to expect while charging
A green light on the case indicates it has power
A blinking green light inside the ring indicates the Ultra Ring is charging
If no lights appear:
Check power & cable
Make sure the charger is connected to a working outlet or USB-C power source. Try another cable or outlet if needed.Clean the charging contacts
Gently wipe the ring’s contacts and the charging case with a dry microfiber cloth.Ring placement
Reseat the ring on the charger—it should sit aligned with the ring charging notches at the top of the case. Make sure your Ultra Ring is pressed fully into the case. It should be a secure fit!
If the lights do appear but charging is inconsistent:
Re-seat the ring
Remove and firmly reinsert the ring to ensure a secure connection.Clean contacts again
Wipe both the ring and the inside of the charging case with a dry microfiber cloth.Allow charging time
Leave the ring on the charger for at least 30 minutes.
