If your ring isn’t charging, follow the steps below based on your ring model.

What to expect while charging:
A blue light should appear on the outside of the charging case
A blinking green light should appear on the inside of the ring
A solid green light on the ring will indicate a full charge
Confirm proper ring placement
Align the three notches on the ring with the three grooves on the charging pedestal inside the case.
AlterMe Ultra Ring Charging
What to expect while charging
A green light on the case indicates it has power
A blinking green light inside the ring indicates the Ultra Ring is charging
A solid green light on the ring will indicate a full charge
Confirm proper ring placement
Reseat the ring on the charger—it should sit aligned with the ring charging notches at the top of the case. Make sure your Ultra Ring is pressed fully into the case. It should be a secure fit!

Confirm proper ring placement
Place the ring on the charging pedestal inside the ring charging case. The magnet in the pedestal will hold the ring in place. Proper placement is confirmed when the ring light illuminates. If the light does not turn on, slightly rotate the ring until it does.
If no lights appear:
Check power & cable
Ensure the charger is plugged into a working outlet or USB-C power source. Try a different cable or outlet if needed.
Clean the contacts
Gently wipe both the ring’s charging contacts and the charger surface with a dry microfiber cloth to remove any debris or moisture.
If the lights do appear but charging is inconsistent:
Allow charging time. Leave the ring on the charger for at least 30 minutes.
