To pair your ring:
Connect your ring charging case to a power source using the USB-C cable.
Charge for 30 minutes. You’ll see a green light inside the ring in the case and a blue light on the case. A low battery can prevent pairing.
Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is ON.
Open the AlterMe app and log in.
If this is your first login, you’ll be prompted to pair during onboarding.
If you logged in before receiving your ring, tap “Set up ring” on the Today tab and follow the steps.
Note: Keep the ring within 1–2 ft of your phone, IN the charger, and pair in the app—not from your phone’s Bluetooth menu.
