I'm having issues pairing my ring. What should I do?

Ah! Let's get this fixed for you.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Ensure your ring is in the charger, and plugged into an outlet. You should see a flashing green light inside the ring, and a blue light on the outside of the box.

    1. If you do not see any lights (on the box or on the ring) reach out to Member Success.

  2. Ensure you're on the latest OS & App Release.

  3. Turn your Bluetooth off, wait 5 seconds, and then turn it back on.

  4. Turn turn your phone off, wait 5 seconds, and then turn it back on.
