How do I restart my AlterMe Signal?

When having connectivity troubles, steps on resetting your signal.

If you experience any of the following issues and you've checked your settings, restart your device:

  • Won't sync.

  • Won't respond to taps, swipes, or button press.

  • Won't track steps or other data.

Restarting your device turns it off and on without deleting any activity data.

  1. Hold the Button for 5-10 seconds.

    1. If the LED light turns on and goes red, release the button.

    2. If the LED does not turn red, skip to step 6.

  2. Press the button again for 1-2 seconds until the LED turns green.
