Then, Download the AlterMe App if you haven't already and follow the on-screen steps to pair your ring.
Make sure Bluetooth is on and the ring is near your phone.
The app will guide you through pairing, calibration, and your first data sync. Initial analysis may take several hours as the ring collects baseline signals.
