Why is my phone number is already in use?

Each phone number is tied to exactly one account for security reasons, so it can’t be registered more than once.

A few reasons this may happen:

  • You created an account previously and may have forgotten

  • You started registration but didn’t finish.

  • Someone else registered with your number (unlikely, since phone numbers are verified)

Try logging in at the portal using your phone number. Instead of signing up.
