How do I earn my streak?

Earning streaks is like building healthy habits—one action each day adds up. We reward day-over-day consistency, whether that’s a workout or a logged meal. It’s the action that counts.

You earn one streak point per day when you do any of the following:

  • Wear your ring to bed (sleep tracked)

  • Wear it during the day (steps/activity recorded)

  • Complete a workout

  • Complete a recovery session

  • Record a meal

Forgot to log? You can add meals or sessions later to restore that day’s streak.
