You earn one streak point per day when you do any of the following:
Wear your ring to bed (sleep tracked)
Wear it during the day (steps/activity recorded)
Complete a workout
Complete a recovery session
Record a meal
Forgot to log? You can add meals or sessions later to restore that day’s streak.
