Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from AlterMe (sent through Shopify) confirming your purchase.
When your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number and delivery updates.
You can track your order by opening that email and clicking the tracking link included in the message.
Can’t find your tracking email?
Please check:
• Spam or junk folders
• Promotions tab (Gmail)
• The email address used during checkout
You can also search your inbox for “AlterMe” or “Shopify” to locate the message.
