No—AlterMe is not a traditional monthly subscription. We offer multiple systems, including the Starter DNA Test, AlterMe, and AlterMe Pro, all tailored to what works best for you and your goals. Lifetime app access is included when you purchase the AlterMe or AlterMe Pro programs.

Starter DNA Test with included Fitness and Health Assessment can be purchased and completed independently, without the need to buy AlterMe biometric wearables (such as the ring) or join an AlterMe program. This standalone option allows users to explore valuable insights tailored specifically to their genetic predispositions, making it a flexible choice for those not ready to commit to AlterMe programs or wearables.

App access is not included with the Starter DNA Test. Our app uses data from biometric wearables and DNA results to provide daily personalized support, including fitness plans, sleep and recovery insights, cognitive reframing exercises, vital checks, body scans, AI nutrition, and more and cannot function optimally without data from an AlterMe wearable device.

Our AI assistant is available 24/7 for quick questions and instant support. If your question requires a team member, we’ll make sure it’s escalated and followed up on during business hours.
