How long does it take to receive my DNA+ Results?
Because DNA+ includes a deeper and more comprehensive genetic analysis, results take a bit longer than the Starter DNA report.
You can expect to receive your DNA+ results in 2–4 weeks from the time of purchase or sample submission.
This timeline allows us to go beyond basic insights—delivering a more advanced, personalized breakdown of how your body responds to training, nutrition, recovery, and long-term health.
How do I view my DNA+ results?
Due to the size and depth of the DNA+ report, it is only available through your online portal and is not viewable in the app.This limitation is due to the large file size of the DNA+ report, so we recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best experience.
To access your results:
Log in at AlterMe.com
Navigate to the Reports section on the left-hand side
You’ll see your DNA+ report available there once the AlterMe Program has been purchased and the report has been generated
Only purchased the Starter DNA Kit? Your Starter DNA report doesn’t appear in the Reports section automatically. Once the lab has analyzed your sample, schedule a call with a Fitness Advisor, who reviews the Starter DNA report with you and provides access to it.
