How long does it take to receive my DNA+ Results?
Because DNA+ includes a deeper and more comprehensive genetic analysis, results take a bit longer than the Starter DNA report.
You can expect to receive your DNA+ results in approximately 3 weeks from the time of purchase.
This timeline allows us to go beyond basic insights—delivering a more advanced, personalized breakdown of how your body responds to training, nutrition, recovery, and long-term health.
How do I view my DNA+ results?
Due to the size and depth of the DNA+ report, it is only available through your online portal and is not viewable in the app.
To access your results:
Log in at AlterMe.com
Navigate to the Reports section on the left-hand side
You’ll see both your Starter DNA report and your DNA+ report available there
