What do my friend and I each get?
For the DNA Health & Fitness Assessment: your friend gets $70 off, and you get a $30 gift card once they order.
For AlterMe Advanced: your friend gets $200 off, and you get a $200 gift card once they purchase.
How do I get my referral link?
Go to alterme.com/refer, or open the menu in the AlterMe app and tap "Refer a friend." Choose which program you want to share, enter your name and email, and you'll get a personalized link. If you've referred before and you're logged in, your link will already be there.
How do I share it?
Copy the link and send it however you like — text, social, email. You can also enter your friend's email address on the referral page and we'll send them the offer on your behalf, plus a reminder three days later if they haven't used it.
When do I get my gift card?
Your gift card is sent 45 days after your friend's purchase. You'll get a text and an email when it's ready.
How do I redeem it?
The email includes a link to redeem. You choose which gift card you'd like from the available options. We use a platform called Tremendous to distribute our rewards. We promise they're easy to use!
How many people can I refer?
