What is the AlterMe Program's Return Policy?

Everything you need to know about AlterMe Program returns-timelines, fees, and eligibility.

Updated this week

AlterMe is committed to ensuring you feel the benefits of our programs. If, within thirty (30) days of receiving your AlterMe Program biometric device, you do not experience improvements in energy, sleep, or overall well-being, you may contact us to request a return and refund.

If your return is approved a refund will be given minus the following:

  • A $99 restocking fee will be deducted for returns of the AlterMe Program and/or wearable device

  • The DNA+ Report fee ($899) is non-refundable once purchased, even if the rest of your AlterMe System is returned

  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment, less any non-refundable amounts or applicable deductions

By purchasing AlterMe, you also acknowledge:

  • There is no ongoing membership to cancel

  • Any ongoing costs or financial obligations may be tied to financed payments or subscription-based add-ons, if applicable.
