What is the AlterMe Program's Return Policy?

AlterMe is committed to ensuring you feel the benefits of our system. If, within thirty (30) days of receiving your AlterMe Program (biometric device), you do not experience improvements in energy, sleep, or overall well-being, you may contact us for a refund of your purchase price, less applicable restocking fees.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 30-Day Return Policy, you must:

  1. Retain your proof of purchase and the original packaging for the AlterMe System and accessories;

  2. To begin the process of requesting a return, call 866-258-3763 within the thirty (30) day return period, or within three (3) additional calendar days if your fourteenth workout/sleep log occurs on Day 30 (“Grace Period”);

  3. Return the AlterMe Program within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the prepaid return label issued by AlterMe.

Return and Refund Process

  • Upon receipt of your request, AlterMe will provide a prepaid return label. You must ship the products requested using the original packaging within seven (7) days of issuance of the label.

  • Returns not shipped within this timeframe will be deemed ineligible.

  • Upon receipt, AlterMe will inspect the returned item(s) for damage or missing parts. Additional charges may be deducted from your refund if damage or missing components are identified.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment as soon as practicable. If financed, refunds will apply to the principal purchase price only and will not cover interest or fees charged by the financing partner.

Restocking Fees

  • Orders cancelled prior to shipment: no fee.

  • Orders shipped but refused or returned: $99 restocking fee (AlterMe) / $199 (AlterMe Pro).

  • Missed scheduled delivery exceeding three (3) days and returned to warehouse: $199 return fee.

  • Replacement packaging (if original is not available) may be purchased at cost.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title to the AlterMe System transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. AlterMe is not responsible for carrier delays, losses, or damages. Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

Failure to meet the eligibility requirements above may result in denial of your return and refund.
