What is the Stats tab and how do I view my trends over time?

The Stats tab is your at-a-glance view of how your body is performing — pulling together your Readiness Score, sleep, and activity data in one place.

Readiness Score

At the top you'll see your Readiness Score, broken down by the four components that feed into it:

  • Sleep duration

  • Sleep onset

  • HRV

  • Resting heart rate (RHR)

This breakdown helps you understand not just your score, but why it is what it is.

Sleep

Below Readiness you'll see last night's sleep broken into:

  • Total sleep duration

  • Light sleep

  • Deep sleep

  • REM sleep

  • HRV

  • Resting heart rate

Each metric shows a white bar representing last night's result alongside a shaded blue range — your typical range based on your 12-week average. This makes it easy to see at a glance whether last night was a normal night for your body or an outlier.

Activity

The Activity section shows today's running totals:

  • Active calories — the calories you've burned through movement today

  • Steps

  • Distance

The same white bar and shaded blue 12-week average range apply here too.

Changing your time range

By default the Stats tab shows a single day (1D). To view trends over time, tap the 1D dropdown in the top right corner and select 7, 30, or 365 days.

You can also tap View next to Readiness, Sleep, or Activity individually to change the time range for that category on its own — useful when you want to dig into one area without changing the whole view.
