What your Readiness Score Measures

The Readiness Score provides a daily assessment of your recovery status and capacity for activity. It is calculated on a 0 to 100 scale, anchored to your personal baseline, and updated continuously as your body adapts.

Key metrics include:

  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV): A sensitive marker of nervous system balance and recovery.

  • Resting Heart Rate (RHR): An indicator of overall cardiovascular strain.

  • Sleep Duration and Quality: Deep, restorative sleep is critical for repair, cognition, and immune function.

  • Recent Activity Load: How much physical and mental stress you have accumulated over the past several days.

Understanding your score:

  • Scores above 80: Your system is well-recovered and prepared for higher intensity training or demanding activities.

  • Scores between 50–79: Your body can sustain moderate effort. This is a good range for maintaining routines with steady cardio, functional strength, or yoga.

  • Scores below 50: Your body signals a need for recovery. Activities such as stretching, walking, or breathwork promote restoration without adding strain.

Remember, everyone is different. Don't let your score define you—use it as a guide.
