AlterMe’s recommendations are meant to guide you — not pressure you.

How to use them effectively

  • Focus on 1–2 recommendations

  • Prioritize what feels most achievable for you today

  • Use recommendations as guidance, not instructions

If something doesn’t fit your day, it’s okay to skip it and check back tomorrow. The experience will continue to evolve as we expand personalization and flexibility.

If a recommendation doesn’t feel like a fit

That’s okay. Recommendations are based on trends and signals, not rigid rules. They’re designed to evolve as your habits and data change.

Here’s how to approach it:

  • Look at patterns over several days, not just one

  • Refocus to consistency, sleep, and movement

  • Remember that progress comes from repetition, not perfection
