Once your DNA swab is analyzed at our lab, your results are typically ready within 5–10 business days (depending on lab volume). When your results are ready, you’ll receive an email and/or text to schedule your 30-minute consultation with a Fitness Advisor (included with the purchase of a DNA kit).
First-Time DNA Report Viewers
During your consultation, your Fitness Advisor will:
Review your DNA report with you
Explain what your markers mean and how they relate to your program
Show you where to access your report in your AlterMe portal
Share your results electronically (PDF)

Returning Customers
If you purchased the Starter DNA Kit, your results are available through the AlterMe website portal (app access is not included with the Starter DNA Kit). If you purchased an AlterMe or AlterMe Pro program, your DNA results are also available in the AlterMe app as part of your program’s included app access.
