Where do I find biological age in the app?

Click your menu (the AlterMe Logo), tap Profile, and then scroll down to the My Body section—you'll find Biological Age there.

When will I see my first score?

You need at least 14 days of biometric data from the last 4 weeks before we can generate a score. This makes sure your biological age reflects real trends, not a single off night or day that's outside of your normal routine. If you're new, just keep wearing your device and your score will appear once we have enough data. We'll notify you in the app!

How often does my biological age update?

Biological age is designed to be a slow-moving metric—and that's the point. It's a marker of long-term health, not your day-to-day state, so it won't jump around from a single bad night of sleep or a great workout. We recommend checking back every few weeks, and we'll flag it if anything meaningful changes.

Can I improve my biological age?

Yes. The contributors to your score are all things you can influence: sleep, movement, recovery, and weight. Small, consistent improvements are the most reliable way to trend toward a younger biological age over time. Your personalized recommendations focus on the contributors that will make the biggest difference for you.
