What are the lights I see while wearing the ring?

What the ring’s green and red LEDs indicate during wear.

The lights correspond to the following:

  • Green light: This is the PPG sensor tracking things like heart rate and HRV.

  • Red light: SpO2 Sensor Activity. It indicates that the SpO2 sensor is active and measuring your blood oxygen levels, which is a normal operation and doesn’t require any action.
